Kimberley’s story
Kimberly is Director of People & Culture, in the HR Department, based in Glasgow.
What do you love most about working at EBX?
We are pioneering a new field of science and medicine, and I feel privileged to be a part of that, I also have the pleasure of working alongside others who are extremely passionate and hard working.
Tell us a bit about your role, what does a typical day look like?
There really isn’t such a thing as a ‘typical’ day, each day is unique. However, I love the pace of EnteroBiotix, my workload is varied, and I feel empowered to effectively deliver within my role and add-value to the business.
What keeps you productive?
The variety of projects that I’m currently working on, it’s a really exciting company to work for and we’re always open to change so it means we’re constantly improving as a Company.
Tell us something about working at EBX that people might not expect?
We have fully stocked fridges which means you can help yourself to a variety of healthy smoothies and drinks!
How have you developed your skills through your time here?
I have worked on a variety of projects which have really challenged me and helped me to further develop my skillset.
How would you describe your work in one word?
Exciting.
What’s your favourite memory of your time at EBX?
There are two, the Company ‘All Hands’ Day where everyone came together across all the sites for the first-time ever, reflecting on our successes to date and future challenges, as well as some light-hearted games which enabled us to learn more about our peers and the Christmas party in 2022, it was so much fun!
